2012 SVT Raptor High-Performance Truck
Ford tried to make changes here and there in designing the 2012 F-150 SVT Raptor as a high-performance truck. Significant spec used include the use of differential torsen on an independent front suspension. In the last model only has an open front differential and can only be locked in the back. However, the 2012 model, electric key is pressed to the back, with a traction-adding differential torsen tuned.

The system consists of a series of cams that can cause the wheel full lock, if the truck happens to slip (either in mud or other contour) between left and right tires at the front.
This system will greatly help when off-road performance, especially on steep slopes or at the time when one wheel is not able to make contact with the ground or pavement.

In addition there are several options for the 2012 SVT Raptor, including the front of the camera option allows the driver to see what is happening directly in front of the tire. The driver can see directly into the 8-inch screen in the dashboard. There’s even a special washing machine to keep the camera stay clean.
Some changes Raptors 2012 included a number of style changes, both in the interior or exterior. Exterior changes include a new logo and graphics Raptor two diagonal lines.
